This week on iTunes, iHeartRadio, Stitcher and Spreaker, STT interviews Jeremy Scott. Coach Scott, who has spent his career optimizing the performance of collegiate and professional athletes, is the head strength and conditioning coach for football at Temple University. Coach Scott previously spent 14 seasons at Penn State as the speed development coach and assistant strength and conditioning coach for the football program. He was responsible for developing players’ speed, reaction, agility, quickness and acceleration, as well as working on proper running mechanics and high-intensity strength training. His expertise was a valuable resource in lowering 40-yard sprint times and preparing players for the drills used in evaluation at the NFL combines. After PSU and prior to Temple, Jeremy worked with the varsity teams at Princeton University. Coach Scott was recognized for his achievements with his selection in 2011 for the prestigious title of Master of Strength and Conditioning Coach.
