STT’s Golf Performance Training (GolfPT) program includes instruction to improve fitness, movement efficiency, flexibility, power development, strength and durability. The athletes participating in the GolfPT program are closely supervised and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.

Although golf lacks some of the conditioning demands we see in other sports, it does require a large amount of power and flexibility, while maintaining coordination through complex movement patterns. Strength and conditioning have been a growing part of the golf realm

GolfPT Weak Link Program Whether you are playing for the club championship or on the last day at the U.S. Open, you can get injured. STT’s Sport-Appropriate Weak Link program focuses on the following for golf:
