Ice Hockey

STT’s Ice Hockey Performance Training (IcePT) program includes instruction to improve conditioning, movement efficiency, power development, strength and durability. The athletes participating in the IcePT program are closely supervised and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.

IcePT Weak Link Program
Whether you are playing in the club championship or game seven of the Stanley Cup, you can get injured. STT’s Sport-Appropriate Weak Link program focuses on the following for ice hockey:

• Head, neck, and upper back
• Midsection
• Ankle
• Forearm, hand and fingers
• Knee
• Hip and Groin
