Wresting

STT’s Wresting Performance Training (PinPT) program includes instruction to improve fitness, movement efficiency, power development, strength and durability. The athletes participating in the PinPT program are closely supervised and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.

Since wrestling is a very unique sport with grueling conditioning demands, and weight classes, it is very important to work with a staff that is familiar with the trials and tribulations of wrestling season. Often the goal is improving strength per pound ratios, not getting bigger; thus, an athlete needs an appropriate and complete program that addresses total body strength and power output, while addressing weight class concerns.

Numerous wrestlers in the Baltimore/DMV area have taken advantage of STT’s Team Training Program and have had highly successful seasons. Email Coach Taylor to schedule a training session at your next practice by CLICKING HERE.
