Lee was a 4 sport athlete in Whitehall having played football, basketball, track, and tennis. In college Lee played 4 years of basketball and 2 years of tennis. It was during his college years that Lee became motivated to learn all he could about strength and conditioning and mainly speed training. Lee noticed that there was not much information on training for court and field sport speed. So he has spent the past 2 decades observing, studying, questioning, and creating systems to achieve optimal court and field sport movement.

He spent 7 years serving a similar position with the Montrose Christian basketball program. Alan brings a wealth of valuable experience to his training arsenal after years of extensive work with elite high school, college, and NBA players.
