This week on iTunes, iHeartRadio, Stitcher and Spreaker, STT interviews Doug Jarrow. Doug is the Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the Chicago Cubs. He has spent time in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization as the Major League Strength & Conditioning Coach as well as a minor league strength and conditioning coordinator. Prior to LA, Jarrow was a minor league strength and conditioning coach in Pittsburgh’s system and Tampa Bay also. Doug earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland and began his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of Virginia where he served as a Graduate Assistant S&C Coach. Jarrow earned his Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Springfield (Mass.) College where he also served as a Graduate Assistant S&C Coach.
