“Knees and elbows! Knees and elbows!” yells a coach in a sweat shirt on a foggy early morning. “What is he even talking about?” you ask yourself. Well maybe there is something to his madness that you are missing. It is important to focus on the details of each aspect of athletic development. Speed training and agility training are separate skills that need specific coaching cues and techniques.
