Patrick Estes

Patrick EstesCoach Estes is an Applied Functional Science (AFS) practitioner, movement specialist, and strength and conditioning coach. A former college lacrosse player, Estes has always had a passion for athletics and helping others reach their potential. Estes has worked under highly-respected coaches, such as Todd Wright, and Logan Schwartz with the University of Texas men’s basketball team. Coach Estes previously worked at Lenior Rhyne University working with Football and Men’s Basketball. Along with the University of Denver where he worked with the Men’s Lacrosse team, as well as swimming, tennis, volleyball, and skiing programs. While at Denver he assisted with the 2015 Men’s Lacrosse National Championship team and won 7 conference championships. Coach Estes joined Kyle Tarp (Director of Basketball UMD) for the 2016 season which ended in a Men’s Sweet 16 appearance and Women’s BIG10 Championship. Currently coach Estes works with high school, college, and professional athletes in Austin, TX.

He is also a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW), a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as a Gray Institute Fellow of Applied Functional Science (FAFS), is certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), and has taken many courses thru the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI).
