Tyler Masters, Ph.D., AASP-CC
Tyler is a certified Sport Psychology Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. For the past several years, Tyler has been working with the Cognitive Enhancement for Performance Program, working with soldiers in varying specialties from Intelligence to Special Operations with regards to psychological resilience. Tyler’s research and scientific interests lie in performance enhancement and mental toughness development, with a recent focus on heart rate variability (HRV) and mindfulness. Prior to his work with the military, Tyler was an Assistant Professor and Sport Psychology Consultant for Eastern Illinois University. He played DIV I College Hockey at Bowling Green State University, where he later served as an Assistant Coach, and has also played minor professional hockey.
