The 3rd Annual Strength and Conditioning/Athletic Development New Jersey Clinic is headed back to The Pingry School. With coaches from the NFL and Division I levels, authors, researchers and current practitioners in the strength game delivering dynamic presentations. This event will be more hands-on and practical than your typical lecture only format. It will be a great opportunity for attendees to learn from those that work with professional athletes, collegiate athletes, youth athletes and more. The clinic will highlight a multidisciplinary approach integrating speed, movement, agility, resistance, technology, education and resistance training in a motivational, high energy, learning environment.
